  1. Hi! My mom always told me that I needed regular facials and extraction is required for clogged pores. The thing is that most of the facials that I have been for with extraction have just left my face red and angry. Is there any way that I combat clogged pores aside from facials, because I always have these bumps under my face even though i exfoliate 3 times a week, cleanse with liz earle twice a day? Thanks!!

    1. Sorry I just saw these outside of the Clinic timeline. I would up the ante on your cleanser to an oil based one - you need oil to attract oil/dirt etc - usually what is in your pores! Using a hot cloth and DON'T obsess! They are never as bad as they seem!

  2. Hello,

Hope this isn't too late. I seem to only have problems around my chin area- it's always whiteheads- I got the odd couple there but around that area even though they don't have a "head" there seems to be white stuff in all the pores (that sounds gross sorry!)

I have just started using Olay regenerist night elixir, i use Neal's Frankinsence during the day (think skin is combination but this has been fine over winter), Vitamin E daily scrub and try to do a face mask twice a month.

Please can you give some advice? Many thanks

    1. Olay will contain silicone which I don't really put on skin that is prone to clogging in the evenings - tends to make it harder for the skin to excrete (gross).
NY Frankincense is quite heavy if you're combination no? And don't go overboard on the daily scrubbing. If they don't want to come out, they're not coming out just because you are scrubbing away at the surface!
