Appointments update

Just a quick one for those of you waiting to hear from me.

To say I have been slightly inundated and taken by surprise at the volume of the emails and queries I've received is an understatement.

I am roping in some help and am determined to get back to all of you as soon as physically possible.

Thank you SO much for your patience and your support. You lovely people rock. I can't wait to meet you.

Cxx

  3. Hi Caroline,
Have you got any comments regarding Kate Somerville new toner "KateCeuticals Replenishing Toner"?
Would you consider it a good option to use after P50V? (We can't find Serozinc here in the United States).
Thanks and hope you will run a session of consultation here in the US soon.

  5. This isn't exactly a question about appointments but I would really appreciate it if you replied.

Which professional brand would you most recommend for a new skin consultant/therapist business? E.g Eve Lom, Elemis etc?

    Thank you xx

    1. Ooh interesting one. I'd be more inclined to go after smaller niche brands as a point of difference. OSKIA, balance me, Omorovicza Etc and make your own treatments.

  12. Hi,
I was wondering if you could give some advice specifically for students / early 20's who will pay more for skin care than most, but who (even though they agree with your expensive purse philosophy), can't afford to spend more than 40 euros on a product. I'm especially looking for a good moisturizer. I have pretty normal skin with dry patches in the winter and a oilier forehead in the summer. I have pretty big pores and get the occasional zit.

    Hope you can help me!
    Love from Belgium,
    Els

  21. Caroline, could you please help? I'm struggling with enourmous purging since first usage of alpha-h (2 weeks ago) which I was hoping would cure my acne-prone congested skin. I used it for a week, than took a small break to do a proper facial, and came back to use it again but it gets no better. I'm quite motivated to stick with it but wondering how long i should wait until it's reasonable to give up? Please please give me some clue, I'm afraid to make my skin hurt really bad. I'm 32 and writing from East of Europe, very frequent reader and a fan of Your blog:-)

    1. Honestly I love Alpha-H but I'm not a great believer in purging. I would cease use. Sorry. :(

    2. I tried alpha h lg for the last time last night, tbh not sure if it's done anything, how long does it normally take to get an improvement if any? Also I don't suffer from spots at all to be honest but after cleaning this morning I have started to develop a inche lump on my fore head..caused by the lg? Should I keep going or stop...X

    4. Hi I tried liquid gold for the first time last night and the not sure I see a difference, how long should it take to see a difference? I have monster pores, and some strange redness botching on my décolleté although I was to scared to put in there as its very sensitive there....anyway after cleaning my face this morning I now have a developing lump on my forehead and I don't suffer from stops at all, should I continue with the lg or give up with it? I don't react to pick toner so thought the lg would be ok?

  23. Any chance of one in Ireland?
My skin is so bad, so dry and flaky. I cant get any combination right, either skin care or make up. Every beautician, make up counter here constantly sells me stuff that doesnt suit. I have no money left to be wasting on this. I just need good advise. And you seem to give great advice and are recommended on Mumsnet about 50 gagillion times today! So please come to Ireland! You can even stay in my house!

  25. Dear Caroline
I just suffered a massive allergic reaction to goodness knows what in some food I prepared last week and broke out in the whole body hives. The swelling has only just come down and now the skin on my face is desperately trying to replenish itself. I cut all steps in the regime down to just cleansing and moisturising but it wasn't enough. All of a sudden I remembered Hydraluron and for the first time in about a week my face feels that little bit closer to normal. So thank you for your advice and your product testing and your knowledge about beneficial products like these. Because when you're this low after trying to recover from a full body reaction and the sorest skin in the world, anything that brings relief is purely liberating. Thank you.

If I emailed last Weds and haven't heard anything, does that mean I'm out of luck?
    Still keeping my fingers crossed!

  29. Hi,
I'm struggling to find a skin care routine that would suit my skin and because I live in France I can't go in London for an appointment with you (sadly). My skin is oily, very sensitive and acne prone. I use the take the day off cleansing balm that I love but I'd like to find one or two other cleansers (a second cleanser and/or a morning cleanser). You talked about aurelia miracle cleanser but I don't know if my skin would like the essential oils in it. Do you have any recommandation?
Thank you, hope you can find the time to answer me ;)

  31. Hi Caroline I go over what questions to ask you during the skin consultation and immediately panic that I might not get an appointment slot. I have not heard from your in a week, does that mean I haven't secured one?!
