Empties. Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist

Running out on New Year's Day, the first empty of 2014 is Omorovicza's beautiful Queen of Hungary Mist.

This is a beautiful hydrating spray that I use after exfoliating toning and underneath serum. It's also something that I keep a travel size of in my office to show to skin consult clients and to keep my face fresh and hydrated during the day. It's suitable for all skin types/conditions.

Inci:
Aqua (Hungarian Thermal Water), Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Saccharomyces (Hungarian Thermal Water) Ferment Extract, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Mannitol, Malpighia Punicifolia (Acerola) Fruit Extract, Chlorella Vulgaris/Lupinus Albus Protein Ferment, Pectin, Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Flower Water, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Water, Phospholipids, Yeast Extract, Linalool, Geraniol, Citronellol.

Omorovicza QOHM is £46.00 for 100ml and the travel size is available in their various kits.

I also use every now and again the Champneys Exfoliating balm which you reviewed and use the Balance Me Radiance Oil on my spots.

I have tried to avoid anything remotely comodegenic (and when I feel blocked pores I use Paula's choice 2% salicylic acid toner) but on the right side of my mouth and cheek I keep getting large red angry cysts, sometimes developing into spots with white heads but sometimes not and they always come three at a time. I think this happens after I eat chocolate and/or because of the time of the month but I never used to react this badly to chocolate. Is there anything you can recommend or am I doomed to this monthly cycle and not being able to look in the mirror for at least two weeks out of four?

    1. Well, I know that you probably don't want to hear from me, but a really great one that I've tried is Caudalie's Grape Water. It's $18 and it comes in a huge aerosol can... it's not as luxurious as Omorovicza's and it's definitely not quite as spa like, but it is hydrating, refreshing, and best of all, affordable!
La Roche-Posay also puts out a Thermal Spring Water that's good as well that you can have a look at.
I love the Queen of Hungary mist, too, as I have a little travel size of it, but I couldn't justify splashing out that much on a hydrating toner just yet. But if I get enough Omorovicza reward points... we'll see :)

  5. Have this, and I love it. Too bad Omorovivza is not available in Norway. And the customs and taxes will be too high if I order it online:(

  6. This is a lovely step to my skin care routine although I can not say i see the hydrating benefits i really like using it. I use loads of omorovicza in my routine. I have recently bought the very expensive gold night drops and just not sure about it & exactly what it is ment to do. Have you any thought on this product? Happy new Year! :)

  7. I would actually love to know if I should put an oil (decleor) on before the omorovicza gold night drops or put the gold night drops on first both followed by the omorovicza rejuvenating night cream. I usually wait a wee while in between each application. Any advice would be appricated. Thank you.

  13. I've just ran out of the travel size too!
Agree that it is a lovely product, but I just couldn't part with that amount of cash for a toner...so back to the Nuxe Gentle Toning Lotion for me (have you tried that Caroline?).

Does anyone else think the Queen of Hungary Mist scent is a little bit like Savlon? ;) x
