Aaannnnnd we're BACK.

Thank you SO much for all of your comments/tweets/cards/flowers and support shown the last few weeks. Its easy to forget the reach of the internet when you're sat in front of a screen and I am genuinely touched that so many of you took the time to share your condolences and your own stories of loss.

I'm getting re-organised today and the blogging will commence asap.

Thank you again - my family and I are so very grateful and touched by your support..

  7. Welcome back, you were missed!! But you and your family needed some healing time. Where you find the strength to regroup, but keeping your loved one who has passed on in your heart.

  21. I've just discovered your blog and want to say I am OBSESSED. A good friend of mine inspired me to finally start taking care of my skin that I cruelly took for granted for most of my now-almost-in-the-past twenties, and I have been binging on your posts, blowing money on product, and I already see a BIG difference!

I only have one question, if I may, and I couldn't find someplace where it might be addressed. I cleanse every morning and twice at night now (as per your orders), but I often workout on my lunch break. I follow my workout with a quick shower and scrub (I do a real, full on shower either in the morning or at night, this midday shower is to just, you know, get the sweat off and be clean/not smelly enough to return to work!)

So my question[s]: I take it I should do another facial cleanse at this point? And what type of cleanser (does it matter?) Do I need to do the whole rigamarole again at this point (cleanse, tone, eye cream, pepta bright, hydralon, moisturizer?) or just cleanse, or just cleanse + another product? Should I just cleanse in the morning and save the rest of my routine for second shower?

I understand you're busy and probably constantly fielding random individual queries constantly. If you get a moment, it would be greatly appreciated.

You are a treasure. My skin is grateful to you already!
