  4. I hope you have a blast! Our weather has been beautiful - sunny and in the 80s. If you have time, head over to Sephora to check out some of the brands that are hard to find in GB. Boscia, Peter Thomas Roth, Amorepacific, etc.

  5. Hey Caroline, first of all, completely love your blog, come to it every time I have any kind of question regarding my skin. This one, though, I can't seem to find an answer to: my skin texture is uneven: I have little bumps and holes that, I'm assuming, come from picking on spots while in my teens. It's not at all severe, specially since my freckles disguise it. But is there any way to even out the texture? Thank you for your help! xx

  6. Are you doing any consultations while you are here?

  7. I was hoping you'd be doing some consults while you are here as well. Oh well, next time. I'm having a weird inner eye type of rash that I'm getting to calm down with L'occitane shea butter, its the only thing that seems to help it. I think thats because its so thick, but also because its so thick I'm getting some bumps. I think the rash is due to the severe dryness out here this Winter, never had it before, and I'm 44 years old. fwiw - any help appreciated. ;)

  8. Hi Caroline,
Firstly, thank you so much for all the info and great advice that you post here! :) Sorry if this question comes up in the wrong place but I couldn't find anywhere else on your blog to post it.
So I came across one British skin care company and I'd be very eager to learn your opinion about it whenever you can take a minute to check it out. It's a British brand called SR Skincare. I have to admit, I'm quite skeptical about their products because they claim to use all the best/most popular anti-ageing ingredients like argireline, matrixyl 3000, hyaluronic acid, peptides etc in high concentrations for a very low price. Their philosophy - active ingredients in high quality products without the use of artificial fragrances, colorings or parabens and no money wasted on fancy packaging. Their most expensive serums retail for around 12 pounds for 30ml which sounds just a bit too good to be true to me. Also, they list the ingredients of most of their products on their website sr-skincare.co.uk . I'd be very grateful if you could find a moment to have a look at their stuff on their website and share your thoughts about it.
Have a great time in California!!! :) Milda

  9. Dear Queen of skincare, I have a suggestion (read desperate wish) that you will make a blog post or cheat sheet about how to take care of the skin on your body. How often should you exfoliate? And with what? What do you do about dry skin or body acne? And can you get rid of cellulite? I know that the face is your thing, but I'm sure that you don't ignore the skin on the rest of your body and surely have some tips, tricks and industry secrets regarding this. Please do share your knowledge with us lost souls who are trying to get pretty skin all over. ;)
