  1. Cough. Is Marko Single? There is something so dreamy about his endless knowledge and matter-of-factness when it comes to sun protection....

  2. There are many sunscreens in the thumbnail :O I see nuxe, vichy, LRP, lancome etc. Are they all good or why do you put them in the vdeo, cause there not explained or anything . Have you suggestions ?

  3. Thankyou both for such an educating video. I now know that I should app[y my sunscreen EVERY day, being a regular glycolic acid user. And to top up (if not cover up) after work if I'm to spend my afternoon lazing in the garden!

  4. I was chatting with Jennie Roberts with Ojon during the week and she suggested carrot seed oil or raspberry seed oil as natural SPFs for your hair as they have huge sun protection factors (30-40 each). The oil also works as a hair treatment to stop it drying out in the sun. Thought it was an amazing tip & had to share.

Fab vid as always, Caroline, so informative x

    1. Stupidy! Carrot and raspberry seed oil having SPF 40?! Have this world gone crazy? Maybe they will moisture your hair but get yourself a normal sunscreen.

  5. im really really loving these series. Super informative, by the way I wanted to add something. I have darker skin and I still burn drastically if i use a physical sunscreen. After trial and error, a chemical sunscreen of spf 70 works really amazing at protecting my skin and let me add i use a body lotion which has lactic acid of 12%.

  8. Wow, you've asked my question - thank you Caroline! I was curious if dr Marko uses spf every day (I have problems with that to be honest). Now I know he's not obsessed with sun protection ;) Hope that Zelens will be available in my country one day.

  9. Thanks so much to you both!
Off to get 3 moles removed and an annual whole body re-screen. I must put my husband into a pretty dress and see if he examines himself more closely. Hermanspottypants ;-)

  10. Caroline, quick question: do you think Dr. Zelens Daily Defence is enough to wear to the beach? Or shold I rather get something designed for the beach holiday only (I intend to sit in the shade but for moving around, walking, trips etc.)
