Stationery Porn Alert - Daily Greatness Business Planner and the Bullet Journal

Ooh Lordy! Two hits of gorgeousness for my fellow stationery freaks today. This landed on my desk this morning just in time for a new week and a new month. This planner - aimed at female entrepreneurs (I don't know why - it's very unisex?!) is literally designed to take business planning to the next level and help guide you through the process of business or a project start-up.

It has the normal week-to-views across two pages and then pages and pages of other lushness such as planners for budgets and meetings along with weekly, quarterly and yearly breakdowns.

If you run/are planning to run your own business you may want to check this out. If you're a stationery/planner/Filofax addict it may be right up your street.

The Daily Greatness Business Planner is £34.95 and available from dailygreatness.co - be warned: there are other planners available.

Alongside this - I came across the Bullet Journal last week and quickly decided I was getting on board with that also.

I ordered the yellow Leuchtturm1917 from Amazon - there are a ton of other colours available if you search through the mobile app.

They are available here for around £12.00 - and are available on the US site also. They are listed as being available in Waterstones but they don't have them online...worldwide stockists are available on the dedicated Leuchtturm site here.

ENJOY!!

  2. Oh my goodness! It looks fantastic and so useful. And yeah I don't get the "women" target either. Are men not organised? ;)

I will have to have a look at the video later as well

  3. Thanks for this. Loving the idea of the bullet journal - the only challenge is deciding which colour to buy!

  4. My resolution this year was to go completely digital but the Bullet Journal is pressing all my organising/stationary buttons! New blank book, maybe even a nice new pen, indexes, to do lists!

  7. Caroline, what would you recommend to a hypothetical person who has hypothetically decided to spend entirely too much on a calendar/notebook? So that even if she ends up with no money, she'll at least own something truly beautiful? Hypothetically.

  11. I have just came across your blog and I love it!! Although, I've read a lot of your posts but I can't find much for oily skin. Would it be possible for you to do a post on products for oily skin or should I not be using products specifically for oiliness?
I am 16 by the way and so quite in-advanced with skincare. I currently use Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish to cleanse, a facial scrub just in the morning, Clearasil deep cleansing toner and an oil free moisturiser.

  13. This is right up my street! I'd say it's unisex too, but I guess it works well to target one specific group, to begin with anyway!

  15. I ordered the bullet journal, as somebody who makes lists about lists about lists, I can't wait. Anybody ever had a Keel's Simple Diary? Love those!
Caroline - Please can you do a holiday cheat sheet or just general post, my general query is I am very fair skinned and auburn, is it even worth trying to tan? I usually avoid the sun, keep the sun protection topped up and keep covered up to avoid the burn. I'm going to Florida in Sept and would ideally like to get a little bit of colour while I'm there, even if it's just going from ghost white to paper white (sigh). Thanks!

  16. Hi Caroline

I have a question for you, and I figured that this was the easiest way to reach out to you. I have been looking into Tata Harper skincare and considering buying some products, but it is difficult for me to figure out, which cleanser to choose? My skin is mainly dry, but i get hormonal spots on the chin. I am looking for one to use, as a second cleanser, in the evening.
I hope that you can help me, even though it probably is quite hard, when you can't see my skin irl.
Thank you in advance, and thank you so much, for such a well written blog.

    Laura

  17. LOVE my bullet journal! It is completely wannabe-organized-but-loses-track-easily friendly. It's very forgiving if you say, forget to use it for two weeks or want to remember a list of brunch spots you made in a girlish frenzy 2 months ago on a whim. I have a "beauty lust" list which is basically products from your blog that sit patiently waiting for my wallet to regenerate.

  18. I never met a journal I did not buy! I have been using "bullet" journals for years, I call them "field" journals because I have used these in my archaeological field work for years and years. Intergrating this method in my field work helps me run a tight project. Using it in my life helps me remember to pick-up my dry cleaning. I have a much better handle on all of the balls I have in the air and greater flexibility in managing my schedule than I did when I relied on digital formats. My problem with buying stationary is one that requires a 12 step program, but then I could use a journal to manage the meetings. ;-)
