  1. Please please please dear Caroline show us all the other things you bought! I love your loot videos. I can't wait for 'L.A. LOOT 2'! Can't wait to hear your thoughts on Laneige Water Sleeping Pack (Sleeping Mask), Future Youth Enzymatic Resurfacing Mask and pop beauty!

  2. I got the Pacifica Ruby Guava body wash last week from Naturisimo.com (an UK site) and it's divine! They also stock Juice Beauty skincare :-).

  3. Hi Caroline (or anybody else who might know!) - do we have an event similar to Gen Beauty here in the UK? Would love to have a day of browsing new products and learning about different brands - heaven! Thanks x

  7. I haven't had a chance to watch the video yet, I just wanted to tell you what an impact you've made on my skincare routine. I trust your knowledge and advice so much that I consult your site before I buy anything for my skin. I'm checking labels and comparing products. And I just bought my first Pixi Glow Tonic! I'm thrilled! I also grabbed the serum -- would have gotten the moisturizing mist, too, but by that time I'd plundered the bank account enough. I love that getting-down-to-business scent the Pixi products have.

I've changed how I wash my face because of you, absolutely every aspect of it. I just thought you ought to know the effect you have on the people who follow you, and how much I appreciate everything you're teaching us. Thank you, Caroline!

  8. Hi Caroline, this video made me giggle! I love watching your videos - real, honest and funny. I've got one of the Nude Stix in a matte poppy red colour (not so nude!). I really like it on my lips. It's not too drying even though it's a matte and the colour pay-off is great. It's long wearing too and can last almost all day with only a little touch up. I've found the actual pencil gets used up quicker than a lipstick bullet though - I always want everything to last forever! My mum has two of the more peachy/pink colours in a matte and gloss and they are also really nice. I also broiled they had a good range of colours for a wide range of skin colours - not always done with new brands or even established brands which is so bad.

I haven't used any for cheeks though, and don't think I would. Lots of beauty brands are multi-purposing their lip and cheek products but I'm not convinced. They tend to either be half-arsed as a multi-use product or really great for only one purpose.

I agree with the poster above, too. Skincare used to be something which I knew nothing about and beyond the odd coffee table book I didn't know how to get any more knowledge on the subject. I really enjoy your blog and beauty industry talk aswell as product chat.

  10. Next try some of Shea Moisture's skincare. I am loving their Coconut & Hibiscus Spot Correcting Serum.

  11. Hi! I'm not sure where to leave this question, but I've noticed that you haven't covered the new moisturizer from Sunday Riley or the new cleansing balm from her either. I'd really like to hear your thoughts on either of those products. Love the blog, and I think you're wonderful!
