It’s hard to believe that it’s been 15 years since Harvey Nichols changed the face of beauty retail and launched their own ‘instore’ niche beauty department called Beyond Beauty. I was actually working in Harvey Nics in Knightsbridge for Space NK at the time and the name stuck with me so much that I still, rather embarrassingly, refer to all niche beauty depts in all dept stores as ‘Beyond Beauty’.
