And so begins a busy week working with brilliant people. I left home before dark this morning to get to The Brits and help set up our Pixi area. More of which later this week. Once we had done all the press interviews I had to run across town to the Emilia Wickstead show where I was leading the skin team from Zelens.
The Zelens team included the brilliant Dija Ayodele and Andy Millward – both listed on my ‘Where To Go For Treatments’ page page here: Treatments – who very kindly stepped in to help.
Most of the models had come from earlier shows (with some particularly stubborn blue eyeliner!) so all needed full skin prep:
Z Pure Cleansing Balm – all over the face, a little Z Balance was used to loosen the cleanser before removing with a hot cloth
PHA Bio-Peel – all over the face. Everyone had these, they are suitable for the most sensitive of skins.
Z Balance Prebiotic and Probiotic Facial Mist – all over, everyone!
Depending on the model and their skin, we then used either:
Z Luminous underneath either Power C or Power D drops. Both oils work perfectly over the serum and under moisturisers, which were inevitably..
Triple Action Eye Cream – on everyone. Without fail. Followed by:
Z Matrix – a brilliant and quick hydrator. Most of the skins were dehydrated due to all the travel and constant application and removal of heavy makeup.
Another quick spritz of Z Balance generally capped off the skin before they moved into makeup – quick, easy and guaranteed calm, dewy skin.
Huge thank you’s to Dija and Andy, the Team at UPPR and Dr Lens, for trusting us with the faces.
*Incidentally, Zelens have a 25% code to celebrate LFW currently running on their website: your code is ZELENSLFW and it is open until 28th February.
Not an ad, just thought you might want in on some of that action..
