How to use

Step-by-step routine.

  • Step 1

    Grown Alchemist

    Hydra-Restore Cream Cleanser

    Massage into damp skin and remove with warm water and a flannel. Use in the AM for your morning cleanse and twice in the PM if double cleansing, or once if you only need a single cleanse.

  • Step 2

    Josh Rosebrook

    Eye Area Complex

    Recommended for morning and evening use. Use in the AM and PM on cleansed skin. Apply a small amount to fingertips and gently glide around the orbital bone.

  • Step 3

    Shiseido

    Ultimune Power Infusing Serum

    Apply morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturising. Press the pump twice to dispense formula. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. For the first use, push the pump several times to initiate the flow of serum.

  • Step 4

    InnBeauty Project

    Extreme Cream Firming & Lifting Moisturizer

    Apply a thin layer on the skin, all over the face, as your moisturiser step. Ideal for under makeup. Use AM and PM.

    R3 Cell Matrix Mask

    Over clean skin, apply a thick layer of the R3 Cell Matrix Mask over the face, around the eyes, and if desired, on the neck, the décolleté and the hands. You can safely use the mask over the eyelids. Leave for 20 minutes or as long as you wish. Remove with a gentle cotton pad with lukewarm water.

How long will the product last?

Please check each individual product's packaging for its use-by date. It is typically between 6-12 months from opening.

Should I use all of the products at the same time?

Please take a look through the how-to-use section to ensure you use the right product for you, at the right time. If any of these products are new to you, we would advise that you patch test and add them into your routine one at a time.

Will I be charged VAT/Duties?

EU Orders
VAT rules vary from country to country; the price shown is dependent on the country you are ordering from. 

Orders equal to or under €150 (excluding tax), VAT will be charged at checkout and not on arrival into your chosen country. The VAT rate is dependent on the EU member state you are residing in, we encourage you to check this via the European Commission website.

If your order exceeds the value of €150, VAT and import duties will be charged upon importation into your country, by your chosen carrier. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported and out of our control.

US Orders
For all US orders, UK VAT will be removed from the product prices at checkout.

All orders to the US are now shipped via a DDP service, with country and state-specific duties and taxes collected at checkout. The duties and fees cost is calculated based on the items in your cart and will be added to the subtotal at checkout. You will be able to see the breakdown of shipping, duties and fees in the order summary. This means you know exactly how much you're paying and you will not be charged any fees upon arrival into the US.

Other International Orders
Orders purchased will be exclusive of VAT: UK VAT will be removed from the product prices at checkout. Once your parcel arrives in its destination country, local taxes, duties and charges may be added.
