Apply a grape-sized amount of the product to a dry face and massage all over the face and neck. Use a warm, damp flannel to remove. Repeat for a second cleanse in the evening, especially if you are wearing SPF and/or makeup. If you are wearing eye makeup, you may wish to use a separate, dedicated eye makeup remover.

Apply a pea-sized amount to the entire eye area.

In the PM, after cleansing, lightly massage a few pumps of the serum across your face, avoiding the eye area. Allow to absorb fully before moving onto the next step. Use twice weekly until you are acclimatised. You can then increase your usage to up to 3 times per week if desired for Retinoid 2, or 4 times for Retinoid 1. Always use sun protection during the day.
